Bobby Vickery is a sixth generation Texan. He was born in Tyler and grew up in Neches where he graduated from high school in 1979. Bobby and his wife of 26 years, Milly, have lived in Frost with their two children since 1994.
Mr. Vickery is the owner of Texas Environmental Training & Compliance, LLC which provides training to landfill operators. He was previously employed by Republic Waste Services for 15 years as General Manager, responsible for 18 employees and a $10 million budget. During his 22 total years in the Environmental Industry, he has had the great opportunity to work with various state agencies on issues ranging from permit submittals to public notices.
In 2009, Bobby started the Frost Community Center with the help of the local churches. He feels extremely blessed to see the center grow large enough to serve 85 families a month. Bobby now sits on the Board of Directors.
Bobby also served on Frost ISD School Board and Navarro County Republican Precinct Chair.
Mr. Vickery is an active member of Frost United Methodist Church where he serves as a Trustee.
