Fort Worth native and dedicated family man. Kelly and his wife, Robin, were both graduates of Richland High School and Baylor University. They have been happily married for 26 years and have three children: Chloe, Skylar and Harrison. Shortly after the birth of his first child, Chloe, Kelly began his commitment to public service by serving the next 13 years on the Birdville ISD School board.
